i gave in today

badly =[[

i had 2 apples and some pasta so im not impressed

and it wasn healthy either

so today iv had maybe 400kcal

well in the past 3 days iv only had around... 600cals???

but today i had to eat a bit of spag bol coz my friend was over

i think shes gettin wat im doin

she keeps sayin i look too thin and askin me why im not munchin like i used too

well shes thin so its fine for her

some of us have to really try to keep the pounds off

BUT i have lost 3kg in two days =]]

so maybe there is hope =]]
